These terms and conditions are an agreement between you and Alphabook247 ("we", "us", "our"). They apply to your use of our website, mobile site, and Android application, together with every game, market, and service we offer through them. By registering an account or by using the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. We also ask that you read our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer, and the specific rules attached to individual games and promotions, as they form part of the agreement between us. Where a game rule and these general terms disagree on a particular point, the specific game rule applies to that game.
Eligibility
Alphabook247 is intended only for adults. To register and play, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to take part in online gaming and betting in the place where you live. By using the platform you confirm that you meet both of these conditions, and that the funds you deposit are your own and lawfully held.
Online gaming law in India varies from state to state, and some states restrict or prohibit it. Access may not be available, and play may not be lawful, for residents of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland and Sikkim, among others. This list can change as the law changes. It is your responsibility to check the rules that apply where you live before you register or place any bet. If online gaming is not permitted in your state, you must not use the platform.
We may refuse to open an account, or close an existing one, if we reasonably believe that you do not meet the eligibility requirements. Where the law requires it, we may also block access from particular locations.
Your Account and KYC
You may hold only one account with us. The details you give when you register, and at any time afterwards, must be true, current and complete, and the account must be in your own name. Duplicate or multiple accounts held by the same person may be closed, and any winnings connected with them may be withheld.
You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Do not share your password, and do not let anyone else use your account. If you think someone has gained access without your permission, contact us at support@alphabook247.live without delay. Activity carried out through your account is treated as your activity unless you have told us of a problem.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete a one-time identity check (Know Your Customer, or KYC). This normally means providing a valid PAN and Aadhaar, and sometimes a recent photograph or a further document to confirm your identity, age and address. We may hold or delay a withdrawal until this check is complete. We may suspend or close any account where the details given are false, where the identity cannot be confirmed, or where we find evidence of multiple accounts.
- One account per person. Registering more than once may lead to closure and forfeited balances.
- Accurate details. Your name, date of birth, and contact information must be correct and kept up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account until you report a problem.
- KYC before withdrawal. A one-time verification with PAN and Aadhaar is required before funds are released.
Deposits and Withdrawals
You can add money to your account using UPI and the other payment methods listed on the platform at the time. The minimum deposit is ₹100. Funds are usually credited quickly, though timing depends on your bank or payment provider. We do not add any charge of our own to deposits or withdrawals; your provider may apply its own fees, which are outside our control.
Withdrawals are paid back to the same method you used to deposit, wherever that is possible, and to an account held in your own name. You must have completed KYC before a withdrawal can be processed. To meet our obligations under anti-money-laundering rules, we may ask you to confirm the source of your funds, and we may hold a withdrawal until any such check is complete. We may decline a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse of a bonus, or a breach of these terms.
- Methods. UPI and the deposit options shown on the platform at the time you pay.
- Minimum deposit. ₹100 per transaction.
- Same-method returns. Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, in your own name.
- Verification. KYC must be complete, and we may request source-of-funds evidence.
- No hidden charges. We add no fees; your bank or provider may charge separately.
Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time we offer bonuses, free bets, and other promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, shown alongside it, which may set out wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, eligible games, and maximum amounts. Those specific terms apply in addition to the terms on this page, and you should read them before taking part.
We may add, change, pause, or withdraw a promotion at any time, and we may decide who is eligible for it. Bonuses have no cash value until any wagering requirement attached to them has been met. Where we find that a bonus has been abused, for example through duplicate accounts, coordinated play, or bets placed only to clear a requirement without genuine risk, we may remove the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and we may recover funds credited in error.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
We want the platform to be fair for everyone who uses it. You agree to use Alphabook247 honestly and for its intended purpose only. The following conduct is not allowed, and this list is not exhaustive:
- Automated play. Using bots, scripts, or any software to gain an advantage or to place bets automatically.
- Collusion. Working with other players, or across accounts, to influence a game or a market.
- Exploiting errors. Taking advantage of a technical fault, a pricing mistake, or a software bug.
- Fraud. Using stolen payment details, false identity documents, or funds that are not lawfully yours.
- Use by minors. Allowing anyone under 18 to access or play through your account.
If we reasonably believe that you have breached these rules, we may void the bets affected, withhold or reverse related winnings, suspend or close your account, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where we are required to do so. We may also retain funds while we investigate.
Bet Settlement and Voids
Bets are settled on the official result of the relevant event, as recognised by the governing body or the official source for that sport or game. Once a result is confirmed and a bet is settled, it will not normally be reopened, except to correct a clear error.
Occasionally an obvious mistake occurs in a price or a line, known as a "palpable error", such as odds that are plainly wrong or transposed. Where a bet is struck on a palpable error, we may void that bet and return the stake. We may also void bets that are placed after an event has started or after its outcome is known, where that was not intended to be available.
If an event is abandoned, postponed, or does not complete within the period set for it, the bet is handled according to the rules for that market. This may mean the bet is void and the stake returned, or that it stands on the settled portion, depending on the sport and the market concerned. Where a bet is voided, your stake is returned to your account.
Responsible Gaming
Gaming should stay enjoyable, and it carries financial risk. Only play with money you can afford to lose, and never treat betting as a way to earn income. We provide tools to help you keep control, including deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, which you can set on your account or arrange by contacting support.
If you feel that your play is becoming a problem, please use these tools or reach out to us. You can find more information, and details of where to get independent help, on our Responsible Gaming page. We may also apply limits or close an account on responsible-gaming grounds where we think it is appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be free of faults, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that arise from interruptions to the service, from the failure of a third party such as a bank, payment provider, or data feed, or from your own breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you, including rights you have as a consumer. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the maximum extent the law permits.
Governing Law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of Alphabook247, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law, in our services, or in how the platform works. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page, and, where the change is significant, we may tell you directly. Your continued use of Alphabook247 after an update means that you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, please stop using the platform.
